We are a leading NDIS provider with a rapid expansion over the past 5 years, driven by our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
The RoleYour primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our NDIS clients, helping them achieve their goals as outlined in their plans. This will involve:
- Delivering intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
- Initiating activities and social outings that promote connections within the community.
- Assisting with daily living needs, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and other related services.
- Evidencing a willingness to undertake Support Work and Assistant in Nursing tasks.
- Being available for on-call duties and traveling to different areas as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current full driver's license and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- A Working with Children Check.
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Experience in Manual Handling, bowel care, challenging behaviors, and other high-care skills.
- Complex care experience is preferred but not essential.
