About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Administrative Supervisor with experience leading a small team to plan and implement effective administration functions.

The role involves supervising and supporting day-to-day office operations, managing the broader administration team, and liaising between administrative personnel and senior management.

The successful candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that office administration duties are delegated and undertaken efficiently by the administration team
  • Streamlining and implementing effective processes, systems, and workflows
  • Communicating effectively between administrative personnel and senior management

Selection Criteria

  • 5 years' experience in an administrative function
  • Previous experience supervising a small team
  • Sound experience and knowledge in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and MYOB
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Complex problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and refine processes
