Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our administration team in South Australia, Northern Territory & Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of administration staff to provide efficient administrative support to retail and warehouse functions.
  • Drive and maintain key administrative processes to ensure teams are fully supported.
  • Ensure all records and invoices are appropriately managed, archived and/or actioned.
  • Support the Regional Manager in day-to-day operations, including attending meetings, managing calendar and overseeing internal and external communications.
  • Maintain a safety-first culture by supporting compliance with WHS legislation and directives policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Extensive administrative experience, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
