Job Description: Restaurant Manager

A Day in the Life of a Grill'd Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 20-40 staff members to drive sales growth and engagement within their restaurant. This includes working closely with Growth Coaches to maintain high standards, rostering, recruiting, stock management, and ensuring compliance.

  • Leading from the front to create high-performing teams
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including profit & loss statements and KPIs
  • Developing and implementing local initiatives to engage with the community and make a positive impact

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience managing a team of 20+ within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of leading from the front and creating engaged teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and generating reports for sales growth
