We are looking for an awesome Restaurant Manager to join the team at Grill'd Canberra Centre restaurant.

A day in the life of a Grill'd Manager means you'll be:

  1. Leading and motivating 20-40 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.
  2. Working closely with our Growth Coaches to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
  3. This is a people-focused role where you will be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  4. Managing business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  5. Ownership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.

What we look for?

  1. Previous leadership experience managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues - this could be QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas, and anything in between.
  2. Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  3. You're great with numbers and have an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports and opportunities for sales growth.
  4. You're organised and love a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same; you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industry.
  5. Someone who prides themselves on a customer-first approach and empowers their team to do the same.

As a hospitality business, you will be required to work a combination of shifts including weekends and public holidays. However, we don't work overnights
