About the Project

Delivering an iconic project involves collaborating with the Water Corporation and Jacobs to upgrade the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities' Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC).

The scope of this project includes upgrading the facility's sludge treatment processing system.

This will enable the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use.

The solid material, known as biosolids, will be used as a soil conditioner.

Another by-product of the sludge treatment process is biogas, which can be used as a source of energy.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Fitter, your primary responsibility will be preparing and pre-assembling mechanical equipment prior to installation.

You will identify equipment with corresponding installation locations and perform laser alignments on rotating equipment.

Additionally, you will remove and re-instate pumps, valves and associated equipment incorporating flange management duties.

Furthermore, you will complete inspection test records and execute work by following comprehensive procedures.
