Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning North Ipswich. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for fostering the growth and development of young minds, while promoting a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.

About the Role:

This part-time position offers shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm. You will have access to fully funded Diploma and Certificate III courses in Early Childhood Education and Care through our Affinity Learning Academy. Additionally, you will be eligible for scholarships for Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Early Childhood Education.

About You:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
