Aged Care Rostering Coordinator & Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rostering Coordinator & Bookkeeper to join our team at Country Mile Home Care, a dedicated provider of exceptional in-home care services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for roster coordination, liaising with case managers, and managing Support Worker hours and appointments. They will also be responsible for collecting and keeping Support Worker files up to date, assisting with new client onboarding, and documenting client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Roster coordination and management
  2. Liaising with case managers and Support Workers
  3. Managing Support Worker files and documentation
  4. Assisting with new client onboarding and administrative tasks
  5. Documenting client interactions and uploading relevant documents
  6. Entering and matching invoices for clients and Support Workers
  7. Assisting with sending monthly statements and managing payment follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in supporting seniors to live independently at home
  • Experience within the aged care industry with rostering, problem solving, and customer support
  • Strong skills in accounting software, such as Xero
  • Excellent administration skills and experience working with various software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Confidence and competence to adapt to new computer systems
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in to help others
  • Empathy for the needs of older people
