Role Description

Job Title:

A Recovery Specialist is required to join a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design programs to support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA).
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to providing high-level customer service.
