Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans that address physical, psychological, and social factors to support whole-person recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential return-to-work pathways and provide credible recommendations and solutions to clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide comprehensive case information and recommendations, ensuring seamless communication and effective care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
  • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Current driver's license and car.
