Job Description

A key focus of this role is to develop and deploy machine learning solutions that address complex engineering problems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, expertise in machine learning concepts and algorithms, experience with data visualisation tools and techniques, and knowledge of software development principles and practices.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement novel machine learning approaches for a variety of engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to promote best practices in machine learning and support their growth and development.
  • Create and maintain metadata for Operations data sources in the data catalog and data virtualization environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, train, compare, evaluate, deploy and document machine learning solutions using state-of-the-art advancements.
  • Work directly with end users and subject matter experts who are typically electrical engineers and analysts in Operations.
Requirements

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Expertise in machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of software development principles and practices.
