Job Title:

Civil Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Planner to join our project planning and assets team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, preparing and planning infrastructure works including roads, paths, drainage, marine infrastructure, carparks and bridges.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the asset management and works teams to identify infrastructure renewal and upgrade requirements
  • Preparing projects 'design ready' including contributing to external funding applications and project managing specialist consultancy services
  • Investigating and responding to infrastructure customer requests and performing Local Area Traffic Management assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in civil engineering and infrastructure planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
