Centre Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure staff and contractors work in efficient environments, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Prepare documentation as required, in accordance with the Leasing Policy.
  • Collect rentals, outgoings, and other tenant recoverable by the due date.
  • Reduce arrears and provide regular reporting to clients and colleagues.
  • Implement business plans, income and expenditure budgets, and client reporting.
  • Liaise with solicitors, councils, and consultants to facilitate tenant fit-out works.


Requirements:
  • Advanced team leadership with high EQ & IQ.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Centre Manager.
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset.
  • Strategic visioning to add value to the bottom line.
  • Senior level with strong financial acumen.
