Job Overview

As a member of our high-performing Safety and Risk team, you will utilize your analytical and innovative thinking to drive improvements in reporting capabilities and contribute to overall data governance across the organization.

Our team is responsible for ensuring that our systems and data are accurately maintained in compliance with Self Insurance standards (Workers Compensation).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce regular data analytics and dashboard reports to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate annual statistical collection for Anglicare Australia and Annual Report.
  • Ensure SQR systems and data are accurately maintained.
  • Support Business Assurance Internal audit program through coordination of audit schedule and reporting processes.
  • Provide technical system support to the SQR team.
  • Collate, extract, analyze and present quantitative and qualitative SQR data, and prepare reports to assist in identification of trends, issues and opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role with high reporting, accuracy and data analysis capabilities. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment essential to this role. Previous experience with Power BI, Smart Sheet and Microsoft Excel advantageous but not required.
