Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team at Boral, reporting to the Quarry Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of quarry mobile and fixed plant, including the 623 G CAT Scraper, mobile plant water cart, and sand washing plant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mobile and fixed plant equipment, including loaders, trucks, and excavators.
  • Perform basic maintenance and plant housekeeping tasks.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
  • Contribute to safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in mobile plant operation, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • HR truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
