Plant Operator Opportunity at Boral Resources VIC P/L

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Plant Operator to join our team at Culcairn Quarry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating front-end loaders and other quarry mobile plant as required
  • Operating fixed and mobile crushing plant
  • Maintaining and performing basic maintenance on plant equipment
  • Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Contributing to safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will have experience in mobile plant operation, preferably with sales loader experience, and be able to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision. Availability to work Monday to Saturday is required.
