Senior Transformation Project Leader Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Project Leader to join our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives, blending expert project management with leadership.

The Senior Transformation Project Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver initiatives effectively, aligned with business objectives, and realise value.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic projects, managing multiple initiatives, providing project insights, championing innovation, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic transformation projects aligned with business goals.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, resources, and timelines.
  • Provide project insights to support planning.
  • Champion innovation, inclusion, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

In this role, the Senior Transformation Project Leader will also facilitate project governance, track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and team coordination, remove blockers, and ensure delivery of business value.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, technology, or project management, 5+ years of experience in transformation project delivery, strong experience in agile and traditional project management, and proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in business, technology, or project management; 5+ years in transformation project delivery.
  • Strong experience in agile and traditional project management; certifications preferred.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
