We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our dynamic culinary team. As a valued member of our team, you will be essential in providing exceptional service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

You will assist our chefs by preparing and cooking meals across various outlets, from breakfast and dinner to room service. You will handle mise en place, monitor stock levels, and ensure that all food is stored and managed to the highest health and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Full working rights, sponsorship is not available
