Senior Health Safety and Environment Manager

This is a chance to work on a high-profile project in Sydney as a HSE Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in workplace health and safety (WHS) and experience working with large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and advice to team members and subcontractors on health and safety protocols
- Conduct regular reviews and risk analysis to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and the design-build-recruitment team
- Drive strategy and implementation for health and safety initiatives across the project
- Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a WHS role within the construction industry
- Previous experience working for a head contractor on commercial new build projects
- Strong understanding of current OHS legislation and regulations
- Experience working on large-scale new build projects (>$100M)
