About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive client development regionally for our globally dominant client, a leading provider of Saa S CX and MR platforms to top-tier organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target key enterprise clients and develop strategic relationships with Marketing and IT Heads, GM, VP, and C-level decision makers.
  • Leverage internal resources to drive sales engagement and close deals.
  • Supplement lead-gen capabilities with fully qualified leads from a well-honed internal BD team.
  • Drive coal face initiatives in new business and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within the MR/CX sector.
  • Experience selling Saa S platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in value-linking and demand creation.
  • High-level strategic planning skills.
  • Proven enterprise customer relationship skills with the ability to interface at the Executive/Director level.
  • Ability to lead complex tender/proposal processes.
  • High-level experience creating needs and articulating ROI.
