We are seeking a part-time clinical psychologist or clinical psychology registrar to provide evidence-based therapy services to adult clients.

  • Availability for at least 2 or 3 client days per week, one of which must be a Saturday (flexibility on timing of sessions and ability to offer evenings/out-of-hours sessions if desired; 1 day of online sessions also available if desired).
  • Interest in working with neurodiversity and/or complex trauma with strong knowledge of neuroaffirming and trauma-informed frameworks is preferable, however, we can support you to upskill or build out a client list that suits your interests.
  • Alignment with our values at delivering holistic evidence-based practices via a neuroaffirming, non-pathologising, trauma informed lens.
  • EMDR trained clinician is desirable but not required.
  • Must hold individual ABN, be eligible to offer Medicare-rebated services and have individual professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
  • Service fee arrangement + superannuation of 12%.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to adult clients.
  • Develop and maintain a client base through referrals and networking.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the organization through participation in marketing strategies and other initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a clinical psychologist or clinical psychology registrar.
  • Experience in private practice and EMDR training are desirable but not required.

The Space:
  • Our room is located within a wellness studio, home to a massage therapist, pilates instructor and yoga instructor centrally located in Brisbane.
  • The room is spacious and brightly lit with comfortable furniture, open private balcony, airconditioning, tea, fidgets, ergonomic sit-to-stand desk, computer screen, printer and well-resourced with therapy/assessment tools.
