We are seeking an exceptional Key Client Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.
About the Role:- You will support the team in their daily work by offering refreshments to clients
- Accompany clients on their journey through the store
- Help clients navigate the store by guiding them through various product universes
- Provide bespoke and high-touch hospitality service to clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Assist guests and clients with transportation needs and support clients into cars assisting with their purchases as necessary
- Offer information about the neighborhood, store services, and other customer inquiries
- Keep clients informed about current events in the city
- Candidate must have relevant customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Possess strong communication skills, warmth, and graciousness in all interactions
- Fluent English language skills
