We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Credit Repair Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their credit repair needs.
About the Role:
- Provide personalized support to clients through phone, email, and online communication channels.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client credit reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective credit repair plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $54,999 per annum.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
