Web Software Development Leader

We are seeking a talented developer with experience in designing and delivering web-based software solutions.

  • Mentor a team of web developers to enhance their skills.
  • Guide technical architecture and design decisions across the development stack.
  • Ensure high standards for software quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute features against resource constraints and project timelines.
  • Perform all technical tasks of web developers.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent time management, and organization skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship, with proven technical experience in VueJS, Django, and PostgreSQL stack.

Previous experience in a similar role, showing leadership in software quality and delivering maintainable code.

Energetic nature succeeding in a team environment, with good analytical skills for solution design.
