We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead impactful initiatives across one or more of our core product lines. This pivotal role demands a strong understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Leverage this insight to inform product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Make data-driven decisions, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform product development and improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with a willingness to experiment, adapt, and evolve based on data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with platform or workflow tools, particularly those serving multiple user types.
  • Familiarity with the Architecture & Design industry.
  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
Bonus Points
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation techniques.
