Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

We are seeking an organised, passionate and dynamic individual to fill this challenging position. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the full coordination of assigned projects, ensuring all allocated projects are fully manned and contractual requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full project coordination, ensuring all projects are fully manned
  • Management of applicable project clients to ensure productive working relationships
  • Full management of direct reports, providing guidance and leadership to enable team members to perform their roles effectively
  • Recruitment and onboarding of qualified employees for allocated projects
  • Personnel management, disciplinary management and leave scheduling for allocated projects
  • Purchase and mobilisation of consumables, equipment and vehicles for allocated projects
  • Attendance at site meetings for allocated projects
  • Coverage on allocated projects when required
  • Scheduling of maintenance, compliance and/or re-certification of company and client equipment and vehicles
  • Work with Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSEQ) teams to ensure HSEQ compliance across all allocated projects
  • Attend project sites to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • In consultation with medical professionals, ensure compliance with medical governance policies and procedures for company projects
  • Assist in creation, review and implementation of applicable policies and procedures for clients
  • Provide technical advice regarding projects and clients for operational and tendering purposes
  • Coach and mentor PI operational teams regarding medical processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven management and leadership experience
  • Registered Paramedic/Nurse or Medic qualification
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • Certification III in Emergency Response and Rescue (or equivalent)
  • Remote trauma experience
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
