Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in a remote location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

The role involves managing a large village with 750 rooms, including catering, cleaning and logistics and transport of operations onsite. We require someone with strong leadership skills who can build effective and engaged teams.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance. Regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance is also essential.

Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation is critical to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Village (750 rooms) including catering, cleaning and logistics and transport of operations onsite.
  • Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance.
  • Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business. Proven management experience in the hospitality field, ideally within a Catering and or Accommodation services environment is preferred.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders. Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines is necessary.
