Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop teaching programs, including preparation of unit outlines, learning management system sites, and learning materials.">
  • Develop and evaluate assessment materials, set examination papers, mark, moderate, and process results.">
  • Conduct and oversee teaching activities, excursions, and consultations.">
  • Develop suitable timetables and study plans for programs and units to achieve optimal class sizes.">
  • Monitor and improve program performance in teaching, learning, and delivery.">
  • Analyse data and compile reports each teaching period, incorporating continuous improvement initiatives.">
  • Advise on measures to maintain and improve curriculum relevance and quality.">
  • Maintain quality assurance, academic, and policy issues, achieving high standards of record management.">
  • Supervise staff, providing information on professional development opportunities.">
  • Manage student programs, liaising with Student and Academic Services staff and the Academic Director.">
