Job Title: External Communications Advisor

About the Opportunity:

As an External Communications Advisor, you will play a vital role in protecting and enhancing the reputation of Registration and Licensing Services (RLS). This involves managing day-to-day media relations, implementing issue and crisis communications, and delivering proactive communication strategies.



Responsibilities:
  • At least five years' experience in external communications or media relations, ideally in regulated environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, producing clear and engaging content.
  • Experience in crisis communication and managing sensitive issues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Campaign Monitor, and Canva.
