**Wireless Site Delivery Manager Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Wireless Site Delivery Manager to oversee the deployment of 5G sites from inception to completion and integration. This is a permanent position based in Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise teams of technicians and riggers
  • Understand BTS installation processes
  • Manage site operations, contractor liaison, material procurement & delivery, scheduling of works in hand and completed, site integration management, safety & OHS compliance
  • Review design and completion documentation and implement final design plans and specifications

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Demonstrated experience leading major projects, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint
  • Planning and field management skills with strong communication abilities

**Requirements:**

  • High level analytical skills
  • Able to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment or contractual issues
  • Working knowledge of legislative requirements and industry trends
