About The Opportunity
The Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in coordinating the purchasing cycle, matching supplier invoices, reconciling credit card statements, and preparing batch payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and distributing finance-approved purchase orders for payment.
- Reconciling multiple corporate and individual credit card purchases / statements and processing payments.
- Processing and payment of employee expense claims and cash advances.
- Distributing petty cash and maintaining and reconciling the petty cash register.
- Reconciling supplier creditor statements and resolving discrepancies.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar.
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite, including Excel to an intermediate level.
- Exposure to NetSuite would be a nice to have.
