Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing team of Rehabilitation Consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host regular team meetings to foster open discussion and collaboration among team members
  • Conduct regular one-on-one catch-ups with team members to discuss day-to-day topics, short-term, and long-term goals
  • Collaborate with team members on effective strategies through regular file reviews
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
  • Effectively manage any escalations that arise and ensure senior management messages are communicated effectively to the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA
  • Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant managing psychological injuries
  • Experience in a Team Leader type role, or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong desire to step up to a Team Leader position
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
  • A willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
