Senior Automation Lead

We are seeking a visionary and innovative leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge 3D automation workflows.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing 3D automation workflows using industry-leading software.
  • Transformation of existing workflows, focusing on importing, processing, and exporting diverse 3D file formats.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.
  • Providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support team growth and career progression.
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent in the field.
  • Leadership and collaboration with the development team to optimize and automate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and efficiency in 3D automation.
  • Leverage expertise in 3D modeling software, preferably 3Ds Max, to create streamlined workflows.
  • Design and build complex automation pipelines using Python or equivalent programming languages.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in neural networks, diffusion models, and other related fields.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving successful projects.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and pipeline creation.
  • Automation architecture skills, including understanding of how to build scalable pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with neural networks, diffusion models, and other related technologies.
