Altitude is seeking a skilled professional to join a global professional services firm with offices located in Melbourne and Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior leadership experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM consulting within a top-tier environment.

A strong commercial acumen and ability to scale a profitable practice are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, leading large-scale Oracle Cloud-enabled transformation programs.
  • Drive business development by originating and converting multi-million-dollar engagements across ERP and EPM.
  • Define and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Provide executive oversight on solution design, delivery governance, and measurable client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM consulting.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at board/C-suite level.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise applications strategy, finance operating models, and cloud-enabled transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scale a profitable and sustainable practice.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing, coaching, and retaining senior leaders.
