Allocator - Cotton On Australia

THE ROLE
You're the supporter, the operator and the team player. You obsess about delivering what the customer wants through effective and timely product allocation. You deliver the right products, in the right quantities and options to the right channels, at the right times, to maximise the most productive sell through.
- Support retail and VM teams to execute action plans that drive trade and gross profit.
- Load and execute the VM matrix, aligning the VM directive across all channels.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to meet dispatch deadlines and fulfill demand forecasts.
- Conduct regular site visits, store visits, and distribution checks to validate stock levels and identify opportunities to optimise inventory.
- Create capacity reports for all channels and distribute stock accordingly.
- Manage the effective execution of promotional activities across all channels.
THE WINNING SKILLS
- You are a systems and process champion with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have a passion for retail; understanding the landscape and succeeding in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excel is your strong suit; you are proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- You are fast, efficient, and well-organized.
