We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with dementia, Parkinson's, post-stroke challenges, neurological conditions, and ageing-related decline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide swallowing and communication assessments and interventions for clients in residential aged care and the community.
  • Deliver services in-person and via telehealth, leveraging technology to enhance client care.
  • Travel locally and nationally, collaborating with a tight-knit national Speech Pathology team.
  • Work alongside support coordinators, carers, and other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive client care.
  • Educate and empower clients, families, and care staff through evidence-based practices.

Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology from a reputable institution.
  • Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • A passion for person-centred care and a collaborative mindset.
