About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication - you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
