We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and member retention budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement sales training programs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and member retention data to inform business decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
