Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver smarter transport solutions.
  • Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Apply industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering drawings that meet client expectations.
  • Review and enhance engineering designs and project documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support business growth by contributing to bid and tender preparation activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in transport infrastructure, preferably with multidisciplinary project involvement.
  • Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and preparing technical reports that meet client needs.
  • A collaborative mindset, adaptable approach, and solutions-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
