We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at JC Care, a multidisciplinary NDIS mobile allied health company.

This role offers a highly competitive salary of $95-$120 per hour, depending on experience, along with travel opportunities across Melbourne Metropolitan. You will have the autonomy to manage your own therapy days and schedules, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with JC Care, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, carrying out therapy sessions, and constructing reports for our NDIS participants. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your caseload and maintaining accurate participant records
- Communicating effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Networking with potential stakeholders to help grow the JC Care brand in local communities
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist (desirable but not necessary)
- Experience working in the NDIS sector (desirable but not necessary)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current CPR Certification
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
