Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a mobile therapist across Melbourne Metropolitan. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of clients, develop your skills, and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement therapy plans for NDIS participants (paediatrics and adults)
- Manage caseloads and maintain accurate participant records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Network with stakeholders to promote the JC Care brand in local communities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist (desirable)
- Experience in the NDIS sector (desirable)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role offers a competitive salary range of $95-$120 per hour, depending on experience, plus travel benefits.
