About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. As a key member of our Relationship Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting Relationship Managers, and driving business growth through financial analysis and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers in delivering customer solutions and insights
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop customer strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Great financial literacy and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery role
  • Sound understanding of security arrangements
  • Experience in the banking industry (advantageous but not required)
  • Accounting or finance degree or equivalent (not a strict requirement)
