- Current registration with AHPRA, obtained after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.

- Effective coaching and training skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence.

- Proficiency in IT systems and tools.
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
