**Medical Practitioner Specialist Job Overview**

Job Title:

This role focuses on delivering high-standard clinical management and treatment to patients within our unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality patient care by providing clinical management and treatment that meets the highest standards.
  • Practice in accordance with the relevant committee's scope of practice, ensuring evidence-based best practice is maintained.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision, continuing education, quality improvement, and research activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration as a Medical Practitioner under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW).
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or current specialist qualifications recognised by the Health Insurance Commission.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health services, early intervention, prevention, and health promotion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing self-education, teaching, and clinical supervision of staff.
