Job Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as an All-Rounder. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest experiences by working across multiple areas of the business.

About the Role:

  • This may include providing guest services, managing housekeeping, and being involved in food and beverage roles. You will be a friendly face to welcome guests, manage reservations, and communicate with other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and communicating with other departments.
  • Housekeeping: Cleaning and maintaining rooms and public areas, including storerooms and stock levels.
  • Food & Beverage: Setting up and managing breakfast buffets, hosting shared-table dinners, preparing guest larder lunch packs, and restocking bars and mini bars.

Requirements:

  • You must have previous experience in food and beverage and housekeeping roles.
  • You should hold a Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • You need to be flexible to work across other areas of the business.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with guests are essential.
  • A vibrant attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a busy team is necessary.
  • You must have good time management and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic passion and pride in your work are required.
  • You need to hold current RSA accreditation and Do Food Safely certificate of completion.
  • You should have English speaking and communication skills.
  • You require a current driver's license and car for the remote location.
