We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team, working with high-quality equipment and coffee beans from a well-established roaster.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

A strong background in barista work is preferred, but not essential. What's more important is your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and your ability to learn and grow with our business.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You'll have the opportunity to work varied hours, including mornings and afternoons, and some weekend shifts may be required.

The hourly rate for this position is competitive, ranging from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour. The expected hours of work are approximately 16-20 per week.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt are also essential.

In terms of experience, we prefer candidates with at least 2 years of barista experience and 1 year of customer service experience. However, we are open to considering applicants who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Work authorisation in Australia is preferred, but we welcome applications from individuals with alternative qualifications or experience.
