Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff
- Rostering and staff management
- Counselling customers
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy board regulations
- Dispensing medications
Script Trade: 250/day
Computer System: Fred
Shop Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9am-5.30pm, Thursday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm
Work Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week on a fortnightly roster
Staffing: 1 Pharmacist, 1 Dispensing Technician, and 8 shop staff on weekdays (5 on weekends)
Webster Packs: Approx. 100 weekly, packed by the tech
Skills Required:
- General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer care and counselling
- Knowledge of the Fred system is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $55 per hour negotiable based on experience
