Infrastructure Manager: Public Cloud

This role offers the opportunity to work on our public cloud offerings, shaping the future of our industry and providing thought leadership in Azure.
As a key member of our Managed Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the continued success of our customers across multiple cloud environments.
The primary focus will be on Azure, requiring significant domain knowledge and expertise in cloud solution architectures.
Key responsibilities include Level 3 IT Systems support, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, preparing and reviewing technical change requests, and developing operational documentation.
Additional duties involve inputting to and reviewing project designs, migration plans, and test plans, staying current with vendor-supplied best practices, and participating in an on-call rotating roster.
- Customer engagements including regular reviews, general communications, and workshops are also a part of this role.
- Azure infrastructure management is essential.
- Strong competency in SAML, OAUTH, Microsoft Partner technologies, and Infrastructure management is required.
- Experience in GitOps and DevOps processes, scripting, automation, and infrastructure as code is desirable.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in senior server or cloud support roles, strong competencies in Azure infrastructure management, and a deep understanding of SAML and OAUTH.
Desirable skills include experience in Managed Services Providers, providing leadership and mentoring within a team, and expertise in Public Cloud, Security, Linux, or Kubernetes.
