About the RoleA dynamic and ambitious Commercial Associate is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including commercial leases, service agreements, licences, intellectual property registrations and agreements, capital raising and corporate governance documents, terms and conditions, and employment agreements and policies.
Responsibilities include leading client matters, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, objectives are met, and client and legal expectations are fulfilled. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
