Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes around Caboolture and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic assistance - vacuuming, mopping, laundry, ironing, cleaning bathrooms, light gardening, changing beds
  • Meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping or other social activities
  • Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it daily
  • Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Responding to emergency situations
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Australian Criminal History Check - issued within 3 years
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid)
  • Blue Card (paid)
  • Drivers licence & reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
